Yesterday we announced the end of manufacturing operations in our Cerritos, California plant. Unfortunately, the demand for forms papers continues to decline and we could no longer justify operating five forms plants in our system.
From a customer perspective the loss of Cerritos forms manufacturing will not have an impact on Enterprise Group’s sales force and distribution services. We are not making any changes to our sales staffing levels and we will maintain the same sales service presence in Cerritos. Our distribution system in the west will remain completely intact and will be replenished by other forms plants across the country.
