As we have transitioned the Xerox business into our system over the past few months we have had an opportunity to further analyze the business requirements. Our goal to continuously improve our processes has provided an opportunity to adjust our business rules. The revised business rules are effective with orders placed on November 1, 2013. The changes are indicated in red font, have been italicized and are summarized below:
General Business Rules:
· Change to the application of the minimum order charge
· Change to the application of freight charges
· Information regarding contact of customer service for returns
